Ingredientes -( 3-4 people)
- 1 kg clams
-1 onion
-2-3 Cloves garlic
-4-5 Cherry tomatoes
-pepper
-parsley
Method 
Leave the clams  few hours in water with little salt,before you cook.
in this way the clam eliminad  the  sand
Cut the onion and garlic chopped julien.
Fry in a little olive oil.
Add the tomatoes cut in half and chopped chili.
Add the clams, after washing
If you want you can add some white wine.
When once you are open, are ready.
Add chopped parsley
 You can eat in this way or with spaghetti
