DIJON SIDECAR
Dijon Sidecar
2 oz Hennessy VS cognac
1 oz good quality Crème de Cassis de Dijon (preferably Mathilde)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice.
Shake ingredients together and strain into chilled martini glass; serve with lemon twist.
