Ingredients 
1 kg chicken liver
2 big onion diced
salt ,pepper,spices
2  pickled lemon ,diced
For presentation 
Small diced fried potato
Method 
Saute onions in butter till it is golden brown
Add chicken liver ;don't stir too much ,lower heat .
Season salt ,pepper and spices.
Add pickled lemon just before serving
Serve on a bed of fried dices potato
