Ingredients
500 g dogfish
5-6 cherry tomatoes
200 g tomato paste
1 onion
White wine
parsley
Method
Chop the onion and fry in a little olive oil.
Add the fish cut into pieces.
Adds a splash of white wine.
Add tomato paste and cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Let the fish simmer for 10-15 minutes.
From time to time spin it.
At the end add the chopped parsley
