1 whole chicken de-boned
1 onion chopped
1 clove garlic
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 mastic
salt and pepper
2 tbsp of ghee
1 tsp arabic spice
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup chicken broth


Debone the chicken ,keeping the skyn intact
in  a saute pan,add the ghee and saute the onions ,garlic
Add spinach broth,cream and red bell pepper.Heat through annd then add the rest of the ingredients.
Cool the stuffing .Stuff the chicken with the previous mixture
tie the chicken
On a heavy skillet or saute pan,sear the chicken from all sides.
Finish in he oven for 15 to 20 minutesor till done.
slice and serve ..You can serve with the sauce to taste ( optional )
