1/4 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp onions finely chopped
2 large cloves garlic crushes
2 cup tomatoes,peeled and chopped with its juice
3/4 packet weight ,135 gm / packet tomato past
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar
3 tbsp water
1/4 black pepper ,crushed
1/2 tsp italian spices ( a mixture of herbs and spices)


To prepare the tomato sauce ,place olive oil in a small pa and fry until soft.Add garlic and leave until aroma is released .Next add chopped tomatoes and stir.Cover the pan and leave the tomatoes to simmer over gentle heat for 1/4 hour or until soft.Mash the tomato lightly with potato masher,add tomato paste ,salt,sugar and water and mix everything.Cover the pan and leave to cook over gentle heat untl the oil rises to the surface Add black pepper and italian spices ,mix the sauce well
