 8 veal steak fillet
1/3 cup juice of grated onions
2/3 + 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
3 tbsp light olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp italian spices
8 slices of 1/2 cm thickness fresh mozzarella cheese

Ingredients for basil oil 

3/4 cup basil leaves chopped
2 tbsp light olive oil
2 tbsp extra virgen olive oil
1/8 tsp black pepper ,crushed
1/4 tsp salt
very little dash sugar
1 large clove garlic


Pound steak fillets a little and place in a glass bowl.Maarinade the steak with onion juice,2/3 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp light olive oil and 1 tsp salt and refrigerate for 1/2  an hour or more.
Mix the basil oil ingredients in the food processor and keep it in the refrigerator until the steakis ready.
Open the top flame of the oven on medium heat,meanwhile prepare the steak.Now drain the steak from the marinade sauce and sprinkle in with italian spices and the remaining black pepper on both sides.Heat a grill pan or ribbet roasting pan ,add little light olive oil or sunflower oil about 1 1/2 tbsp,place the steak pieces pieces and grill on both sides until tender.
Arrange the grilled steak in an oven dish,put the mozzarella slices on top of the steakand bake until mozzarella is a little brown and crisp.Drizzle basil oil over the top and seve at once
