2 tin of red salmon ,drained ( 400 g)
2 egg ,lightly beaten
2 tablespoon fresh dill,finely chopped
4 tablespoons chives finely chopped
freshly ground pepper
100 g bread crumbs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat the airfryer to 200 C
With a fork mash up the salmon in a deep dish and mix it with the egg and herbs .Season the mixture to taste with pepper and salt.
Mix the bread crumbs with the oil in another deep dish until you obtain a loose mixture.
Shape the salmon mixture into eight small croquettes and coat them in the bread crumb mixture .
Put the croquettes in the basket and slide the basket into the airfrier.Set the timer to 7-10 min and bake the croquettes until golden brown .
