INGREDIENTS - 4 people
4 fillets of salmon
1 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
250 g cherry tomatoes
1-2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup white wine
parsley
salt
METHOD
1.Cut onions and garlic finely and fry in a little olive oil.
2.Put the salmon and add wine.
3.When the wine has evaporated adds tomato paste and cherry tomatoes.
4.Turn the fish from side to side with care
5.When the fish is done add chopped parsley.
