 - 6 medium size lemons  , squeeze juice 
 - 8 tbsp (adjust) Sugar
 - 8 cups Water
 - 2 tsp Black salt 
 - 1/2 sp Roasted cumin powder
 - pinch Salt 
 - 7-8  Mint leaves
 -Ice cubes 


In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup water and sugar and mix till the sugar dissolves completely.
In a large pitcher or jug, add chilled water Including sugar water, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and lemon juice. Mix well to combine. Strain into the prepared lemonade another vessel.
Pour the strained into lemonade jug and refrigerate till the time of serving.
At the time of serving, pour into tall glasses shikanji, garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. Add ice cubes and serve.
