Summer is approaching and we have to eat light
and I thought to offer an assortment of salads
You you can combine ingredients as you like more.
I give you a few ideas ...
Ingredients
salad
quinoa
onion
bell pepper
tuna fish
baked beans
chickpeas
boiled maize
boiled egg
cherry tomatoes
olive
rucola
Olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice
Now you have to choose how you're going to combine the ingredients to make your favorite salad.
