- 4 cups sugar
-1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
-1/2 teaspoon ground Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Mix sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger, pepper, Cloves, cardamom and year together in airtight container; seal and shake.
Put 2 tablespoons mix into a mug. Fill halfway with fresh brewed coffee mug, stir, and add milk or creamer.
