MANGO LASSI


 

INGREDIENTS 


 – 4 Ripe Mangoes

– 1 cup yogurt no fat

 – 1 cup Milk

– 5-6 tsps or to taste  Sugar ( honey opcional)

– 1 tsp (optional) Cardamom powder

– 1 cupCrushed ice


METHOD

  Take the ripe mangoes, remove the skin, and take the pulp in a blender.
 Add the yogurt, milk, sugar or honey   and cardamom powder to the mango pulp. Blend for a minute add the crushed ice and blend further for a couple of minutes.
 adjust sweetness if desired.
 Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.
