Ingredients
6 medium sized
Papads
2 tbsp curds
1 tsp chilli powder
4 pinches turmeric
4 pinches asafoetida
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 mustard seeds
2 tbsp ghee
2 tsp chopped coriander
2-3 cup water
Salt To Taste
Method
Break the papads into 1 inch squares.
Heat ghee in a saucepan, add seeds,asofoetida,chilli powdwe and curds simultaneously. Stir till curds brown
Add turmeric, water and salt and put to Boil.
Add papads and coriander and boil for 4 minutes.
Serve hot with chappatis.
